Life Matters

In this show we look at cities and happiness, and what happens in our brains when we pass a building or sit inside it.

We ask, what makes us feel good in a city, what makes us feel bad, and whose responsibility is it to make a city work?

With voices from a Dublin street; architectural and cultural historian Dr. Ellen Rowley; Thomas Albright, neuroscientist at the SALK Institute in San Diego; Julio Bermudez, professor at the Catholic University of America; biophilic designer Joe Clancy; architect Angela Brady; architect Dominic Stevens.

Broadcast on RTÉ Radio 1, Ireland.
